ABSTARCT :

Manufacturing flow management is one of the core components of a successful supply chain system, responsible for the seamless movement of products, materials, and information from suppliers through production and eventually to the customer. It plays a vital role in ensuring that supply and demand are balanced, production schedules are optimized, and resources are used efficiently. In the current competitive and globalized market environment, effective manufacturing flow management is not only a necessity for reducing operational costs, but also a strategic advantage that can drive faster production cycles, reduce waste, and increase responsiveness to market changes. This study focuses on understanding the dynamics of manufacturing flow within the supply chain and how it supports overall supply chain performance.
