E-logistics encompasses the planning, implementation, and control of efficient, cost-effective flow and storage of goods, services, and related information, facilitated through digital platforms and electronic communication systems. This integration allows supply chains to become more agile, transparent, and responsive, enabling real-time tracking, enhanced inventory management, and seamless coordination among suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, and customers. The rise of e-commerce and global trade has further accelerated the adoption of e-logistics, as businesses strive to meet customer expectations for faster delivery, improved order accuracy, and enhanced service quality.
